Shipping-Policy
- Where we ship: Across India.
- Processing time: 24–48 hours on business days.
- Shipping fee: Free on prepaid orders over INR 999; otherwise INR 199.
- COD: Available across India with a handling fee of INR 159.
- Tracking: We email/SMS a tracking link when your order ships.
Order Processing
Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with your tracking number and link. You can also track from My Account > Orders on our website.
Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
- Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If unreachable, the package may be returned to us (RTO).
- Need to change the address? Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order: support@luxurware.com or +91Â 95354Â 50781.
Packaging, Heavy & Fragile Items
Sanitary-ware items are packed with protective cushioning. Delivery is to the building entrance or ground-floor lobby where applicable. Installation is not included unless stated on the product page.
Damages & Missing Items
- Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged or missing, report it within 24 hours with photos/videos of the outer box, inner packaging, and the product to support@luxurware.com.
- Keep all packaging until we complete our assessment.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship after deducting the two-way shipping and any COD/handling charges.
International Shipments (Non-India)
Customs duties, taxes, brokerage, and clearance fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by destination. Delivery timelines may be longer due to customs processes.
Split Shipments
To speed things up, we may ship items from your order separately. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
