Return Policy
- Products purchased on our website are eligible for return within 30 days of the invoice date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We pack orders securely. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please contact us immediately and record a video while unboxing.
- If you receive an SMS/email that your order was delivered but haven’t actually received it, notify us within 24 hours of that confirmation message.
- Customised products (e.g., special finishes or modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Only unused items are eligible for a refund.
- For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are credited to your bank account. We will request your bank details after you initiate the return.
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method (debit/credit card, UPI, etc.).
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it via your LUXURWARE account.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. If your order has been shipped, please accept the delivery and then initiate a return if desired.
